FIRST MOBILITY

The overall objective of the project is to value European culture, its heritage and take responsibility for a better Europe in respect of sustainability.
The project with two courses of duration, seeks to enhance the use of the bicycle as a means of sustainable transport and to value the channels that surround the four cities that make up the project.
Two important objectives are worth highlighting: For one to assess the importance of water in our lives, especially the value of the channels that run throughout Europe and on the other hand, to promote the use of bicycles, along Eurovelo routes to know the European heritage while we pedal.
During the week of October 20-26, the Ntra. Mrs. de la Providencia Center, in Palencia, project coordinator welcomes the first mobility. Students and teachers of Aalsat in Belgium, Kuopio in Finland and Stancuta in Romania arrived in the capital on Sunday afternoon to share activities throughout this week.
This week there is a wide variety of activities that revolve around specific objectives. The Castilla channel will be very present, as well as the Water Museum, several bike routes and collaborative work between partners from all countries.
